Delete Your Account

You can delete your Show Up account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

  1. Open the Show Up app.
  2. Go to your Profile (bottom right icon).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to hello@show-up.coach from the address associated with your account, with the subject line:

Request: delete my Show Up account

We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your inner circle (names, relationships, birthdays, notes)
  • Your gesture completion history and emoji reactions
  • Your push notification token and notification preferences
  • Your account plan and all associated settings

There is no additional retention period. All data is deleted immediately upon account removal.
